1.Warranty 

Limited Warranty
MONTEK warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Montek product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

MONTEK's warranty does not apply to:
·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in MONTEK's current product literature.
·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
·Any product purchased through an online auction house.
·MONTEK's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

This warranty statement sets forth Montek's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty
The warranty period for Montek power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period. 2.Return & Exchange

  1. What is the time limit for return and exchange?
    We support the return of orders within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the exchange policy within 90 days

    2. Specific regulations on return and exchange of goods
    Some products have special characteristics and must meet the following conditions to be returned:
    (1). We do not accept the return or exchange of products whose packaging box has been opened (the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box of the product has been torn, which is also regarded as opening), please understand!
    (2). All unopened products need to be returned and exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt, and refunds will be processed within one week after the return is received and confirmed to be correct.
    (3). If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all the goods (including free gifts and gift boxes) in the current order.
    (4). When returning or replacing the product due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall bear the postage when the product is returned and the shipping cost when it is sent again.
    (6). If you want to exchange other equivalent products, please return the order that needs to be returned first. After we receive the return and confirm that it is correct, we will send you a new product. If you want to exchange non-equivalent products, please return and refund your order first, and then go to the website to order other products you like, and we will send them separately.
    (7). If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of this product after providing the relevant package photos. And we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

3. How to return or exchange goods?
Return application: Please contact our customer service email admin@imontek.com to apply for a return. After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned with the product delivery list and return them to the address in the return confirmation email. If you use the non-searchable courier method to return the goods, the company is not responsible for the loss, damage, misdelivery, etc. of the goods, please understand.

4. Return process
Contact customer service mailbox for return and exchange registration → provide pictures of returned products → customer service confirms the return application → return the returned products → return confirmation → apply for refund or exchange

5. Refund method
After the return is received and confirmed to be correct, if you need a refund, the company will process the relevant refund for you within one week according to your payment method: The payment will be refunded to the payment account you used at the time of payment.Funds can take 7~10 days to arrive in your account. The actual arrival time will vary depending on the processing progress of the banking system.
